ATT - Height predictions display 1 decimal place

The predictions in TotalTide can only be displayed to one decimal place.
 
This is in order to agree with the predictions published in ADMIRALTY Tide Tables, which in turn concurs with the depths published on ADMIRALTY Charts, which are also to one decimal place.
