ADP - Error: ADP StartUp Key error
Errors with the StartUp Key could be due to several potential causes:
1. The StartUp Key has been typed into the application incorrectly.
The best way to load the StartUp Key is to always use Copy & Paste (Ctrl&C/Ctrl&V) keyboard functions when entering key details.
2. A valid StartUp Key is already installed.
If ADP has been installed on the PC before, it is possible that a StartUp Key is already installed. In this situation, users will need to proceed with the Activation Key process to activate the application.
3. The StartUp Key is out-of-date.
Although StartUp Keys do not expire, users may receive an error message after 30 days of the key being issued if not used. If this occurs, users should proceed with the Activation Key process to unlock the application.
