Certificate file is not available(Authentication failure)

The ECDIS is unable to access or find the Scheme Administrators (SA) Public Key. The ECDIS requires this file to be able to decrypt and install all AVCS ENC's.

Check that the correct Public Key is installed in the ECDIS.

AVCS use the IHO as the Scheme Administrator and use the IHO.CRT or the IHO.PUB file. The IHO.CRT and IHO.PUB files can be found on the root folder of any AVCS CD or DVD.

Please refer to the AVCS ECDIS User Guide or your ECDIS Manual for more information on how to install the SS Public Key.

This codes relates to the ECDIS check of the authenticity of the data being loaded
