It is the digital version of the Annual Summary of Notice to Mariners (NMs). Like the paper version, it does not have any NMs applied.
The 'T and P' section in the Annual Summary of Notices to Mariners is a comprehensive list of T's and P's in force at that time.
Thereafter, a manual record should be maintained, such as NP 133A (the Paper Chart Maintenance Record), using the weekly Notices to Mariners.
