In June 2017, East Asia Hydrographic Commission withdrew all of their ENCs in the South China Sea due to numerous and pending updates and they were withdrawn from sale in AVCS. http://scsenc.eahc.asia/main.php Their website says that the suspension is temporary until the release of New Editions at the earliest opportunity. A New Edition of EA200004 is released in January 2019 but no timescale has been provided for the other ENCs. ENC coverage in AVCS of the affected parts of the South China Sea will be resumed as soon as new ENCs or New Editions become available. UKHO is working with the countries affected to restore full ENC coverage as quickly as possible.
