New AENP Integrated Viewer is released

A more performant AENP Integrated Viewer has been released.

This Viewer works on Windows 7 and 10.

However, users could experience an issue with this Viewer on Windows 7.


Reason for this issue

Windows 7 machines that are up to date with Windows updates might still not have the GlobalSign certificate listed in their trusted Certificates.

Because the application uses this Certificate to verify that it is being used correctly, this results in the application immediately closing after opening.

In order to make the application work on Windows 7 machines, you will need to manually install this Certificate R3 directly on the application following the steps included in the attached instructions.

Following these instructions, you should not need to physically install a .cer file, as it should be dragged directly from within your machine.
However, should you require it, please also find attached a .cer file for you to download and install on your Windows 7 machines.

This .cer file can also be downloaded as a Zip file directly from the ADMIRALTY File Share Service (FSS).

Once logged in click Advance Search and select the following:
Field: AENP Version 
Operator: =
Value: SDK

Click 'Search'
