For e-NP licenses using the SDK, following an order a file containing a catalogue only is produced, this file does not contain the e-NP_Permits.xml file.

Following the order the Chart Agent should make a getENPPermits call to retrieve the permits in the correct format.

We do not provide e-NP permits for licences using the SDK, only for those using the e-NP Reader.
