ADP Known issue for Windows 11 users, Support Files reporting Windows 10 OS
Please be advised, there is known issue that effects users with Windows 11 Operating Systems, users will see Windows 10 reported in the ADP Support File.
This because the major version number of Windows 11 is still version 10.0.22XXX (i.e ADP Code does not differentiate between the minor revision to OS version numbers as is the case with Windows 11).
How can we tell if a user is running ADP on Windows 11?
You can see if users are running Windows 11 by checking the System Information details via the Windows Button or via an MSinfo file from the PC in question (if required these could be requested from a user to confirm if unsure).
As mentioned above it would be version 10.0.22000 or higher.
You can also see Windows 11 build number in the Support file, listed after the OS, you can check this if required via the following link Windows 11 History
