The AVCS Online Updating Service (AVCS-OUS) will be retired at the end of November 2024. The service will no longer be updated after Week 48 (Thursday, 28 November). We will be sending a series of notifications directly to users, starting on Wednesday 2 October, in the period up to the final retirement date.
The AVCS-OUS software will be removed from the ADMIRALTY website in the week commencing 7 October 2024.
We recommend that AVCS-OUS users switch to the Exchange Set Service which is available on the File Share Service website:

The Exchange Set Service allows users to create bespoke exchange sets based on their AVCS holdings and we have recently added the ability for users to request only the updates that have been issued in the last 27 days. This will help ensure that download sizes are kept to a minimum.
